Site and systems
HouseNet provides site cleaning, power for the parking infrastructure, and maintains the technical operation of the barrier and video surveillance system.
Video surveillance
Video surveillance operates on the site. Recordings and personal data are handled under the HouseNet video surveillance policy.

The service is not custody of the vehicle or items left inside it. HouseNet is not responsible for their safekeeping except where liability is imposed by mandatory law.
Terms version 1.0 is effective from 1 September 2026. Payment of an invoice means acceptance.
